Publish Your Own Design
Meshery offers two primary ways to bring designs into your system: Create and Import.
- Create:

- To create a design pattern using Meshery UI: Open Meshery UI, go to Configuration > Designs, click Create Design, select category and model then configure your application

- Import:
- Ideal when you already have a design (e.g., Docker Compose, Helm Charts, Kubernetes Manifests) and want to bring it into Meshery. Use the "Import" option in the Designs panel to upload a file or provide a URL. Learn more about importing designs
- Publish your design to catalog:

- Navigate to the Designs panel in Meshery UI.
- Select your design and click the info button ("i") to add details: type, technologies, description, caveats.
- Click "Publish" from the actions menu.
- Submit the design for review by Meshery Cloud admins.
- Once approved, your design will be published to the Meshery Catalog.
