What This Pattern Does:

Helm-based Discourse deployment using Bitnami chart. Includes app (Ruby/Rails), embedded Postgres DB, Redis cache, Services, PVCs for persistence, and ConfigMaps/Secrets for configs. Tested on Minikube.

Caveats and Consideration:

- Requires image pre-pull for Bitnami tags (postgresql:17.6.0-debian-12-r0, redis:8.2.1-debian-12-r0, discourse:3.2.0-debian-12-r1) in air-gapped setups. - Scale replicas for prod traffic; use Longhorn for multi-node storage. - SMTP/domain env vars in ConfigMap—update post-deploy.
